Gavin Peacock was a founder and Director of APEC and a driving force in establishing this artists’ studio complex in Hove. He has been actively involved in several artist-led exhibitions and projects in the U.K., as well as instigating and participating in several international mail art projects.

Since 2004 he has been included in group exhibitions at Market Gallery, Glasgow; Bury Museum and Art Gallery; Phoenix Gallery, Brighton and One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London and has had solo exhibitions at the Red Gallery, Hull and Permanent Gallery, Brighton. During 2006 he was artist in residence at the Centre for Suburban Research, Belfast and commissioned for the Compton Skyline Project, Brighton.

Monica Ross is an artist who also writes and curates. She has a long history of working with artist led projects, dating back to feminist exhibitions in the 1970s. In 2006, she curated Call for A Demonstration by Annika Strom for Meta.Gallery, Hove, and was a co-curator of pilot in 2005.

Julian Weaver is an artist with a predilection for the anachronistic. His works are characterised by undue attention to the idiosyncrasies of those fields of enquiry and practice which underpin western culture.

His output appears at intervals between his work as a director of finetuned and new media project development in the commercial and cultural sectors in the UK and further afield.

He has exhibited works sporadicaly at various locations since 1993 including Pandemonium, ICA 1996, Transmediale, Berlin 1995 and 1997, Photo '98, ISEA 2004 and placard #5 and #8.
